How Russia to respond western sanctions:
1. Produce enough food, water and energy for domestic demands. Stockpile any excess.
2. Modernization of Russian agricultural sector and industrialization of Russian economy.
3. Stockpile minerals and natural resources for economics and military purposes within SCO, EAU and BRICS.
4. Setup R&D center within SCO and BRICS for science n technology, medicine, space and military.
